Who is Pedre?

The Pedre brand started in 1944. We are not that old, but most of us have been in the watch industry our whole careers! We purchased the Pedre trademark from the second-generation owner after he recently retired. All of us are proud to be associated with a brand renowned for iconic fashion, quality, and affordability.

What warranty does my watch carry?

All of our watches come with a two year limited warranty, and our watchmakers can service all of our watches.

Does my watch come with a gift box?

Absolutely! Every watch comes in a deluxe gift box for easy gift giving.

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Do you charge sales tax?

The Pedre Collection is required to collect sales tax only on orders shipped to New York addresses.

SHIPPING:

When and how will my watch arrive?

We ship your order within 1-2 working days via United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx ground service. We ship from Hicksville, NY 11801.

Need it in a hurry? We offer upgraded shipping with FedEx, including Two Day and Next Day air service at an additional charge. Expedited shipping methods start from when your order ships.

We are currently only shipping to the US and US territories. Please email us sales@pedre.com for information on international shipments.

How can I find the status of an order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can enter your tracking number on United States Postal Service’s website to track your shipment (www.USPS.com). FedEx shipments have a 12 digit tracking number and they can be tracked at  www.FedEx.com.

RETURNS/ WARRANTY:

The watch I just received is not working, the carton arrived damaged, and/or it is not what I expected. What should I do?

We’ll make it right! Please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receipt at (212) 868-2935, and we will take care of it.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date.

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return may not be honored.

You must obtain a RETURN number from Pedre.com before returning the merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without this number.

We suggest shipping the watch via a traceable carrier and insure for the full value. We are not responsible for merchandise not returned to us.

What does the warranty cover?

The Pedre Collection LLC warrants the watch movement against any original defect in materials and workmanship for two years from the purchase date. The warranty excludes batteries, wear to the crystal, case, bracelet, strap, stem, and/or crown; damages resulting from accident or other than normal use or from repairs made by others.

PRIVACY

Is the PedreWatch.com website secure?

Yes, we use state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect our customer’s information. Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encrypt the information sent between your computer and our database. In addition, we use Internet fraud screening to protect credit card transactions.

Do you sell my information or email address to any other person or company?

The simple answer is NO! We value your privacy and we will never sell your email address or information to any third party.
